FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When will paid subscriptions launch?+

We will announce a launch date once our content library reaches our quality threshold. All registered users will be notified by email.

How will I pay each month?+

You will send Le 30 (NPSE), Le 40 (BECE), or Le 50 (WASSCE) each month from your Orange Money, Afrimoney, or QMoney wallet to our ExamBridge Africa merchant account. Detailed payment instructions will be displayed inside your account.

Can I subscribe to more than one level at once?+

Yes. If you have children at different exam stages, you can subscribe to multiple levels. Each level is billed separately at its monthly rate.

What happens if I miss a monthly payment?+

Your access to that level will pause until your next payment is received. Your progress data and history are kept safe and will be restored as soon as you resume payment.

What payment methods will you accept?+

We will accept Orange Money, Afrimoney, and QMoney at launch.

Can I get a refund?+

Our refund policy will be published before paid subscriptions launch. As subscriptions are monthly, any refund considerations will be limited to the current monthly billing cycle.

Is the content the same as WAEC and Sierra Leone exam boards?+

Our content is curated from official past papers and verified by educators. We are an independent study platform, not affiliated with WAEC or any examination body.
